Based on your needs, we offer two intervention modes:

  • Individual Evaluation: An average duration of 4 hours, including a structured interview, a personality profile, and a psychometric test.
  • Individual or Collective Assessment: An average duration of 1 to 2 days, including simulations, role-playing exercises, structured interviews, and psychometric tests. For group sessions, additional group exercises, individual simulations, and cognitive and personality tests are used.

  2. Defining expected levels: Setting standards for each competency.
  3. Proposing measurement tools: Leveraging tests, exercises, role-playing scenarios, and case studies to assess competencies.
  4. Creating scoring grids: Developing tailored rating grids for each tool.
  5. Preparing a feedback document: Synthesizing results and providing recommendations for skill development.
