The internal professionalization contract enables candidates for specific roles through internal and, if necessary, external training. It may take the form of a CDI or a CDD (6 months) for individuals aged 16 to 25 or jobseekers aged 26 years or more. Tutoring is limited to three trainees per TCP Mentor.

AFEST allows employees to acquire skills by performing job tasks under the supervision of a mentor.

AFEST Modalities:

  • Identify the skills to be developed and assign an internal mentor/trainer.

  • Evaluate and adjust the program to meet objectives.
