The BDO Deal Advisory teams are proud to have carried out Financial Due Diligence as part of a €6.3 million Series A round for the company LOKKI, an all-in-one platform dedicated to equipment rental companies.
This funding round was led by BLISCE, an investment company specializing in high-impact companies, alongside Racine2 (Serena and MakeSense) 50 Partners Impact as well as a consortium of international funds (FJ Labs and Silence VC).
This financing will allow Lokki to finance its European deployment. The objective is to support thousands of stores, in France and internationally, towards a unique rental model, both sustainable and profitable, making this option more attractive than purchasing, a key lever for reducing ecological footprint by favoring sharing rather than acquiring.
