Request for partial operation

To cope with the difficulties related to the coronavirus consequences (obligation to close certain shops, decrease or lack of activity, replenishment difficulties, etc.), we invite you to file a partial operation application as soon as possible. Contracts are suspended and no employee agreement is required.

In view of the large number of applications and the difficulties of accessing to the platform, the Ministry of Labour decided, in order not to penalize companies, to give companies 30 days to file their application, with retroactive effect.

In order to guide you in this process, your usual BDO contacts are at your side.
