Partial operation: procedure changes

Faced with the scale of the health crisis linked to COVID-19, the Government decided to structurally transform the partial activity system, notably through Decree No. 2020-325 of March 25^th, 2020.

The Ministry of Labour also published, on March 29^th, 2020, a document detailing the procedural developments of the exceptional partial activity scheme and the new methods for calculating the partial activity allowance, resulting from the decree of March 25^th, 2020.

Note: the next "IT" possibility for multi-establishment companies to make group requests, the reinforcement of the employee's information through his pay slip and the penalties applicable in case of fraud to the device.

This document will be updated following the publication of  the ordinance application decree No. 2020-346 of March 27^th, 2020, on contingency measures for partial operation.
