IBERCONSEIL realizes the double acquisition of DISALP and ADONIS, two key players in the import and distribution of cheeses and dairy products, of European and Greek origin respectively, mainly on the French and Italian markets.
Through this acquisition, IBERCONSEIL is realizing its ambition to develop beyond the Iberian Peninsula to become a key European player in the high-end cheese and dairy products market in Southern Europe and plans to close the year 2024 with a turnover of business of more than 120 million euros.
