BDO advises on the sale of SPADE EQUIPEMENTS, a leading provider of industrial shelving solutions to the retail industry, to the ZENIT MOBI group.
On 2 February 2021, SPADE EQUIPEMENTS was sold to the ZENIT MOBI group, which is involved in the installation of structures for the events sector and the manufacture of street furniture both in France and in Europe.
SPADE EQUIPEMENTS, created in 2001 and taken over in 2009 by its current director, Mr Eric Vercambre, offers, thanks to its integrated design office, a turnkey range of specific storage solutions to its customers in industry and specialised distribution.
"This merger allows ZENIT MOBI to complete its offer around metal structures. The acquisition offers numerous operational and commercial synergies and therefore provides excellent development prospects for the company and we are delighted" explains Thibaut BAPTISTE, partner at BDO Corporate Finance, advisor to the seller.
