WAGNER Group GmbH is a German family-owned group specialized in the design and manufacturing of high-end fire protection equipment especially for critical applications such as for datacentres, warehouses, archives or museums. They stand out with unique and patented technologies in fire detection or fire prevention by oxygen reduction.
With 800 employees all over the globe and over 150M€ in sales, WAGNER is a worldwide group accounting for around fifteen subsidiaries across Europe, America, Middle East and Asia. Barely present in France so far, WAGNER hired BDO advisory to identify and approach potential acquisition targets to gain positions in the French market. Therefore, BDO approached and organized the acquisition of A.F.I. Solutions group which turned out to be an excellent growth platform for WAGNER in France bringing at the same time a full set of complementary fire protection technologies to WAGNER’s portfolio.
